PACS PM Key Experience:

• Background in McKesson Merge and/or IBM Watson PACS projects – must have executed projects and implementations that involved multiple facilities and physicians.
• Must be able to accurately communicate status to all levels of stakeholders. Must have the ability to articulate accurate status via status reports, emails and weekly status meetings.

Reference Lab PM Key Experience:

• Background managing Reference Lab projects – must have executed projects and implementations that involved multiple facilities (100+ hospitals), integration with Cerner PathNet, ARUT and 3rd party vendors, lab testing, gene sequencing
• Must be able to accurately communicate status to all levels of stakeholders. Must have the ability to articulate accurate status via status reports, emails and weekly status meetings.

Project Overview
+  Build and configure the system to meet the diverse needs of our end users. 
+  Will be involved in both incident resolution as well as small to large project initiatives.

+  Understands the workflow and process requirements of complex application systems. 
+  Demonstrated ability to be a clinical subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining and administering complex applications. 
+  Understands business function related to the application. Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical employees across the enterprise. 
+  Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills. 
+  Exceptional organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects, multiple (and sometimes conflicting) priorities and adapt to change.

Epic Certifications Required in one or more of the following modules: 
Ambulatory, MyChart, Cadence, Healthy Planet

Preferred Experience:
4+ Years Epic Analyst experience in one or more of the required certifications. Epic Reporting and Project Management experience is a plus
