AI in Healthcare- Transforming the Patient Experience

Location: Zoom Conference
Date: Thursday, April 21st
Time: Noon-1PM Pacific Time

AI has been put to use in all enterprises, with the healthcare industry being no exception. In this webinar, we will explore the application of AI as it pertains to conversational automation and analytics. We will discuss how providers can leverage the power of natural language processing to make significant improvements in the patient experience – from reducing (and eliminating) hold times, automating insurance verification via chat, and converting the pre-admissions workflow from long phone calls and paper forms to fluid and streamlined chat interactions. Plus, by harnessing the power of conversational analytics, we will share examples of how providers have achieved better insight into their patients’ needs and ultimately make more informed, patient-centric decisions about service lines and strategic investments.
