Mark Pautler, Jerry Tenenbaum & Tony Ragusa, starting us off with a strong foundation!
Our three founders & partners were able to get together in upstate New York to celebrate a wedding in the Pautler Family! Mark’s son got married recently & it was a beautiful event where all three original AP Professionals could share in this monumental occasion.
Mark & Jerry originally met in 1982 while working together at ADP in Rochester, NY. They both enjoyed working for ADP but when the opportunity to partner together with Tony came their way, they knew they had to dive right in. In 1993, AP Professionals opened their first branch in Western New York (AP WNY). Mark then partnered with Tony to open AP Professionals of Rochester in 1996. Finally, Jerry, Mark & Tony joined forces to open AP Professionals of Phoenix in 1998! The relationship that they created is the foundation of our mission statement, Building Relationships that Last a Lifetime.
Jerry, having boots on the ground in Arizona, built up the AP Professionals of Phoenix office and eventually was able to expand into Nevada, Oregon, Washington & Maryland with the help of a committed team that remains intact today! Offering top-rated benefits, a full-time staff that has worked together for 10+ years and experts in the industry with access to Fortune 100 companies – all these unique factors came from building positive, authentic relationships throughout the years.
The relationship built between this trio is something that doesn’t come around often. From monumental business ventures to monumental life events, they continue to ensure that their own relationship will last a lifetime and that this also holds true for each of our AP consultants.
