Total Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $125,453.55 – $200,725.85. Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field. (Master’s Degree is preferred)
- 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in public health or public health adjacent programs, including 3+ years in a senior leadership or management role overseeing public health programs, services, and staff. Demonstrated experience with compliance of federal, state, and local policies in health or social service setting.
- Proven ability to develop and implement equity-focused strategic plans that align with public health objectives, including experience in community health needs assessment, capacity building, and partnership development.
- Extensive experience in operational business management, including budget development and management, contract negotiation, and human resource management.
- Strong communication skills, with experience representing an organization in governmental and community settings, including working with media and presenting to governing bodies.
- Experience working with Unions is strongly preferred.
