AP Professionals – Named the Number One Best Place to Work by the Phoenix Business Journal

Since The Phoenix Business Journal started conducting surveys about 15 years ago, AP Professionals has consecutively won a top spot in the Best Places to Work award. This year is a bit different. This year, we are not only one of the best places to work, we are the best place to work. AP Professionals received first place in our category in 2025!

AP Professionals culture is a direct product of consistent leadership, mutual accountability, and a shared belief in what we stand for. We have an amazing team that shows up for each other, not because we have to, but because we want to.

A message from our President:

I am so proud of the culture we have created and the teamwork I witness every day. I do not have the option to participate in the survey, and I do not get to see how each of our team members respond. It is nice to know how much each of them truly appreciate what we have. I know how much I appreciate each of them. To our team: Thank you for all you do to continually make us better.

The Rankings:

We had the honor of attending the Phoenix Business Journals Best Places to Work event in early December. This year, the event brought the excitement! The theme was the event was themed Christmas Movies!

Companies are decided upon by the PBJ with a strict set of criteria to meet. Employee responses are anonymous; Owners & Presidents are unable to participate. Employees within the company are asked to anonymously complete an evaluation survey provided by the PBJ on the criteria below:

• Retention risk
• Alignment with goals
• Trust with co-workers
• Individual contribution
• Manager effectiveness
• Trust in senior leaders
• Feeling valued
• Work engagement
• People practice

With so many categories for our employees to critique us on, we feel very honored to have placed number one this year! We pride ourselves on providing a supportive, understanding & positively challenging environment where everyone can grow professionally & personally.
