Total Compensation:

The annual salary range for this position is $116,160.97 – $185,857.03. Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree & 6+ years’ experience in Human or Social Services in a Sr. Manager or Executive level role.
  • 3+ years’ experience leading strategic planning and development
  • 3+ years’ experience in Executive Oversight of Administration and Finance
  • 3+ years’ experience leading programs that address racial, social, and economic equity, public service, and community well-being
  • Labor relations and experience managing in a union environment will be highly desirable.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership in strategic planning and program development, with a focus on addressing homelessness, poverty, educational success, immigrant and refugee support, and domestic and sexual violence.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and advance equity goals.
  • Financial acumen is essential for overseeing budgets and funding streams.
  • Effective staff management skills are needed to foster a culturally responsive and diverse team.

Are You a Clinical Informatics Nurse w/EMR Experience?

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana (On-site position with some flexibility for remote work)

Key Experience

  • Prior experience with Altera/Allscripts Sunrise Clinical Manager (or similar EMR system)
  • Nursing degree and hospital experience
  • Clinical informatics experience

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Workflow analysis and documentation expertise
  • Clinical degree and hospital experience
  • Prior experience with acute hospital EMR
  • Change management experience
  • Individually driven and accountable
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Independent critical thinker, escalates when barriers or needs arise
  • Ability to align organizational/market goal with technology support/options
  • Healthcare IT experience (such as superuser/lead SME, etc.)
  • Must be able/willing to travel across entire market as needed, including spending several days at a particular site if needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Training and Support:
    • Train end-users (clinicians, nurses, etc.) on technology systems and applications.
    • Provide ongoing support to users, addressing questions and issues related to technology.
    • Collaborate with operational leaders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
    • Assist in the development of training materials and documentation.
  • Change Management:
    • Participate in all stages of technology changes, from specification development to implementation.
    • Work with requesters to understand how technology functions should align with organizational objectives.
    • Translate organizational needs into functional requirements for technology solutions.
    • Collaborate with analysts responsible for system configuration and validation.
    • Develop communication and training plans for technology changes.
    • Support clinicians through change management processes.
  • Project Responsibilities:
    • Participate in project-related activities, including kickoff, workflow analysis, training, and regulatory compliance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical informatics, operational leaders, and other IT teams.
    • Ensure successful implementation of technology projects.

Qualifications:

  • Clinical Background:
    • Preferred: Nursing degree or equivalent clinical experience.
    • Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Technology Skills:
    • Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
    • Preferred: Experience with Altera Sunrise Clinical Manager or similar EMR systems.
    • Familiarity with change management principles.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Individually driven and accountable.
    • Strong communication and project management skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Now Hiring: Senior Embedded Linux Developer

Do you have experience with at least one of the following (experience with at least one is required)? 

  • Yocto
  • Buildroot
  • OpenWRT
  • RootFS

Key Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of embedded software experience
  • 7+ years of professional experience writing and maintaining production-level systems
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals
  • Comfortable with Agile project methodologies
  • Comfortable mentoring, training, and guiding other developers
  • Responsible for leading a team for embedded applications and operating system development of our core products. This individual will work with other key teams including Hardware, Product, Software, and Design.

Experience with the following is preferred:

  • C/C++
  • Embedded Linux build systems (Yocto / Buildroot)
  • Microcontrollers (Zephyr, FreeRTOS)
  • Build systems (Make/CMake)
  • Knowledge of the Linux ecosystem (system calls, libc, network management, systemd, Linux utilities)
  • Audio / video subsystems (Alsa, pulseaudio, pipewire, DRM, ffmpeg, gstreamer)
  • SIP, STUN, TURN, ICE
  • Python
  • Reading hardware schematics

Responsibilities:

  • Guide the software architecture of the embedded products
  • Be involved in the hiring process to build the team
  • Run daily and weekly technical meetings to guide projects
  • Work directly with developers on the team to discuss technical issues
  • Contribute to high impact projects
