Earlier this month, one of our recruiters was asked to officiate the wedding of a consultant that he recruited & placed back in 2021. This consultant has been with us ever since and has made quite the positive impact not only on AP Professionals and their assignment company but also on our recruiting team! To have been a part of such a personal, important, and memorable day is something that we take pride in.

Strong relationships can be hard to come by, but our recruiters make it a goal to listen to each candidate & truly find only what is the best fit for them. Sometimes that ends in a lifelong friendship!

This past weekend we commemorated our 25-year anniversary by inviting our 90 most impactful clients, past consultants and spouses that have assisted us on our journey to a Dinner Boat Cruise celebration. We chartered a steamboat on Canyon Lake in the Phoenix, AZ area for a sunset dinner cruise. The food was wonderful, and we had a Classic Rock duo providing background music.

It was heartwarming to me to have former clients who now reside in Rhode Island and Florida make the trip out to help us celebrate. From day one, our mission statement has been “Creating Relationships That Last a Lifetime” and I am beyond proud to have made that mission statement our reality. When I started AP Professionals 25 years ago, my vision was not farsighted enough to see us grow to a $35 million dollar firm with offices now in Scottsdale, Las Vegas, Baltimore, Seattle and Portland, Oregon. I have met the most amazing people along the way and am most appreciative of my internal staff of recruiters, administrators and business developers who have made these 25 years not only possible but extremely enjoyable.

We had a very special visit last week from our partner Mark Pautler! While Mark was in town, we were able to get team members from our Phoenix & Nevada offices together for one-on-one meet ups, a group dinner & some golfing trips.  With the perfect balance of work & play we were able to brainstorm marketing ideas, recruiting initiatives & tech upgrades.

We love when Mark comes to town & we get to collaborate on what our AP Professionals Rochester location is doing as well!
